Hands-On Discovery
This program runs Mondays and Wednesdays 9:00- 12:00 and 12:30 - 3:00. Children ages 2 1/2 - 5 will get their hands into learning while being introduced to a variety of topics. Field trips and special guests will make this program a great learning experience. We are constantly changing our curriculum but maintain basic methods that we believe nurture children's learning. Our methods are exemplified in the activities we do with the kids.
Our activities are in the fields of:
- Art
- Science
- Movement
- Music
- Outdoor play located in a beautiful park like setting
- Sense related activities (smell, sight, feel)
- Baking classes
We like kids to learn by doing things themselves and provide them with an endless amount of enthusiasm as well as tools to explore with.
